Emily, I am sorry to hear Taycie is having these episodes. I am praying that you and your vet will be able to solve this mystery quickly.
Sounds like Taycie is on a strict diet, but I wanted to mention that Teddy had a couple episodes of screaming and acting like he was scared in the middle night that were related to gas -- always happened after I gave him something like apple, green beans, or something else fibery outside of his normal diet. He can't have veggies or fruit.
