If he's still having the bloody diarrhea, please take him to the vet for a diagnosis. So glad he is drinking. And if he's dehydrated again in the future, just put the little bit of water in his mouth - you are bigger than he is and don't have to hurt him at all to do it. He may fight & squirm but just hold him firmly & insert the syringe/dropper/spoon in the side of his lips and press or tilt fast. I've given an awful lot of water & Pedialyte to fighting, squirming, determined dogs - some of them quite tiny & some quite large. It can keep them alive so you have to do it sometimes, especially if you don't live near a vet.
