I would never give a dog baking soda or tums especially for vommiting.

Pepto is safe for dogs but at the rate she was vommitibg if it doesn't immediately stop I'd be at the vet. When anything vommits for whatever reason the body is trying to expell something. That would be my foremost concern vs just stopping vommiting.

Any ideas what may have caused it?
