I don't. After a certain age, like people, doggies just start to grow things in inconvenient places. I'd get her into the vet and get it off if possible as soon as I could. Even if it is on the outside of the lid, eyelid growths can cause pressure and hurt and of course it's possible it needs a biopsy.
