I didn't think to ask him what virus it was. It was nasty, it deleted all my security software and messed things up so badly that we couldn't install the software for him to connect. It would only run in safe mode and you can't install most software then. He spent the ENTIRE day helping me. We finally had to redo everything back to factory settings and I lost a lot of stuff but oh well!
