I recently had both my boys neutered 2 weeks ago.. and my vet told me if I think they are licking more than normal (what's normal)
she said I would have to have them come in to get a collar, the first day the did lick but I would pick them up love on them just kinda distracted them, offer them a treat, I just kept them busy and they did pretty good just keep him within eye range and use your own discretion with the collar... Oh she also gave me pain management for them which I had asked for thinking if they didn't have any pain they might not lick??
