Have you asked the vet about giving him something to calm him down before bringing him in for a visit? As far as grooming, mine do not like to be groomed either but I just try and brush them a little each day and give them a treat after. He is still young and as he gets older and settles down more he may not be so hard to handle. Also, the thunder shirts work with many dogs, one of mine included to calm them down when they are stressed. Good luck. |
