Just an update: Matt was not able to connect to my computer, that is how bad things were. We did a complete system recovery (started over) and then he was able to connect and set me up. We lost a few things, but nothing super important.
Matt spent the ENTIRE day on the phone with me, walking me through each step. He was very patient and didn't make me feel stupid at any time. I had no idea that he does this in addition to his full time job, and being a family man, or I would not have been so impatient.
I would definitely recommend his services to anyone
