I think laser and IPL are different. I think. IPL is supposed to use a wider range of light wave lengths, and is less painful. I remember rushing out and buying the epilady, painless ha! I got excited again when I heard of the No No, those infomercials really make thing sound miraculous. Glad I didn't waste any money on that one, the reviews are horrible.
