I would never leave my dogs tied up outside. Never Never Never. God knows what could happen to them. I realize some places don't allow pets and if I had to go into one of these places my dogs stay at home. I hate people who tie their dogs outside. It's just as bad as those jerks who lock them up in their cars when it's 100 degrees outside. Stupid Stupid Stupid.
