I sure hope she is okay, some natural things like banana or pumpkin are good for upset tums, better yet a probiotic.
I say this because if the dog is having stomach issues feeding it grains or fibre which are harder for their system to process, might make the problem worse.
I would suggest yoghurt for it's probiotic content and cooked chicken as it's pure protein and much easier on her wee system. As a wee puppy, no offence to anyone else, stay away from processed corn or grain products.

I hope pup recovers completely and there is nothing terribly wrong.

My friend had consistently runny poop issues with her Yorkie pup and even after vet care and meds it didn't clear up. She put him on a raw diet and has never had an issue since
