Funny thing is that I HAD the norton on my computer, the suite from Xfinity (Comcast) I am on eternal hold with them right now. My poor daughter has been trying to do schoolwork on her laptop and it's impossible
The viruse gets quarantined, then it starts again and it's now deleted ALL security related software from my machine. VERY nasty bug, ugh! I don't trust Xfinity at all now, which is why I wanted Matt to fix this for me, then I would use a better security suite. Zone Alarm firewall has never let me down in the past, and they now have anti virus as well.
