There was only a 6 month warranty on this thing and it's been since Christmas. I don't even want to bother with Comcrap, their "security" software is what got me here and the hold times are unbelieveable! I just want to pay someone to fix it for me

I'm so sorry Matt hasn't helped you yet. He must really be sick or something, because I've never had this happen, nor have others that have used him. I hope you'll get it fixed soon! I know how issues with computers can be SO frustrating!
