My home based child care is really small. I never needed to use any other forms other than for filing my taxes. There is not much itemizing that I need to do. This is the first time I have need for a Profit & Loss Statement. I am currently doing as you all mentioned. I am just adjusting one that I found online and deleting and adding as needed. ( I just wanted an easy button and have one that was tailored to me.lol

On a happy note...I got a pre-approved letter from the lender. And I meet with my realtor tonight to go over a draft for an offer we are submiting. I am a happy, nervous, ecstatic being right now!
