Plus, it's possible that the Norton could find, quarantine the trojan so that it can't re-initiate and you won't need further help. I learned the hard way that getting a robust internet security program is well worth it. My old PC was wiped out, a techie friend of my son's got it back up, the virus/trojan quarantined and he suggested the Norton Internet Security to keep me going. So did the guy at the electronics store where I bought my new computer a year later. Both guys & my son have said regular antivirus programs are not so effective these days.
