I live in Japan. I haven't seen anyone walking around with "bagel" foreheads where I'm at. Who knows what they are doing over in Tokyo! I don't know why anyone would intentionally do that to her/himself.
The platform shoes and high heels are really popular. It is illegal to wear them (here) while driving (so is wearing flip-flop style shoes). A lot of ladies who drive keep a pair of flats in the car to wear while driving. |
