Wow. Here I am into the next week with only a lame excuse response from someone named Matt, stating that he's been ill and etc. I hope he's okay, but if he was too sick to help me, he should have just said so. I am still having problems with this stupid thing and it's only getting worse. Living in safe mode just to get by for now. I am so disappointed!

I am scared to death to try one of the other companies that comes up on Google, they all seem to want a monthly subscription of some sort. I am afraid to give remote access to just anyone, they could really exploit that if they aren't legit. I was so happy to have a personal recommendation from a member here, but now this guy isn't getting back to me! He offered me a tune-up free of charge, and now has gone silent I don't know what to do now.

There was only a 6 month warranty on this thing and it's been since Christmas. I don't even want to bother with Comcrap, their "security" software is what got me here and the hold times are unbelieveable! I just want to pay someone to fix it for me
