We have a 3ft tall xpen and we also have a jumper named Laddy who jumps to the top grabs hold and bails over so yes they can lol. Kyra has never tried to jump over or climb over but she is one you can't let near the gate of a chain link fence because she is tiny enough to go between the posts lol. They really can be a handful at time these little ones but worth every minute of it. |
