When you catch him with something he's not supposed to have, say "NO NO", take it away and then immediately hand him something he can have that belongs to him, like a toy or a chew stick and tell him that it is his. That's how he will learn what he can and can't play with or chew on. He'll also be more likely to drop what you don't want him to have without the aggressive behavior since he's getting something else he likes and is allowed to have.
