Welcome to YT! And , congrats on your new babies!!
I know it's hard not to take them out of the crate when they cry, but it really is best when potty training. Just make sure you set an alarm to take them out at a specific time during the night (and that they "went" right before you put them in the crate). Then, you'll know that they are only crying to see if it will get them out (not that they really have to "go").
Eventually, they will learn that crying won't bring Mommie running.
