Hello, I got the ultrasound results friday. should have written sooner but my dad has been sick in hospital.
I didnt get anythin in writing but vet spoke quickly to me over the phone and said that the shunt is outside his liver and he also has crystals in the urine. Surgery is the next step and is booked, will be happening in the next two weeks... no exact date as the surgeon is travelling from scotland.
Buddy has been doing really well, loves his food, not keen on the dry food (kibble) but loves the hepatic from the tin. He adores his lactulose and thinks its a treat. He has gotten sick once or twice in the past month but i am putting that down to his sickness.
im gettin a little anxious about the operation. dont want to leave him anywhere not to mind in a hospital
