Hi and Welcome to YT!

I'm sorry for the loss of your dear Peke...

Any Vaccines given before 8 weeks of age (and some after depending on the pup) were most likely rendered inactive by the mom's maternal antibodies. 12 weeks is a good age to start, and she'll only need 2 sets, given one month apart. (DHPP at 12 &16 weeks) Then a Rabies vac at 20-24 weeks. (See Dr Dodds protocol)

As she's had a rough start, it will take time for her coat to recover, and good nutrition.

You can bath her with Original Dawn dishwashing liquid (follow with a good dose of creme rinse/conditioner)... it will kill or knockdown most of the fleas. Blowdry and comb out any remaining...

You can sprinkle regular table salt on the carpets and leave overnight, then vacuum in the AM. It will dehydrate the fleas... empty the vacuum after use.
