[Cha Cha]

I was just outside with my girls. Mylee was snooping around in the flowers and when I called her to let's go in she came flying across the yard (separation anxiety...she doesn't like to be left behind). We no more than came in through the door (I didn't close it) and heard the bang. When I turned around I seen it hopping off and couldn't believe what I saw. I went out and it flew up to the trees, sat there a moment then flew off. I really think Mylee got its attention when she came running across the yard. I'm sure she could look like a rabbit. Anyway it was a small hawk in terms if most around here but still. Our deck is covered so it had to fly under the pergola to hit my door. Hawks are nothing new to us, but I've never had one hit a door like that. It left feathers!!! Scary!
