He could be constipated if he hasn't had a BM since this morning. I would call the vet & see what he suggests to do for him. Some say canned pumpkin can help with constipation but I haven't personally used it & no one is sure what is wrong - it could be something else. I'd call the vet first & be sure what he advises since it could be something else he can find out by asking questions.
