Default Any advice please

Hi, My 3 yr old Yorkie gave birth to 3 puppies today & I have a couple of??. She was day 58, the first 2 pups were breech. The first is a female & there were no complications. Second male pup was breech as well & he is a good size & her contractions were not strong enough to push him out so I had to assist. His breathing was for the first 30 min labored & I gave him O2 & rubbed him for about 10min. He revived & is now doing well. The third pup delivered normally. My question is she is not lactating & I need to know how long can they go without any nourishment? I also am concerned because I did not see any placentas. Perhaps due to breech & water bag had broken. She did lick herself after. I have spoken w the vet & he suggested trying to milk her & if no placentas r produced to bring her in tomorrow for oxytocin & xray. Is that too long to wait?
We live 45 min to nearest town. What do u think of using pedialite?
Any advice, feedback is appreciated. Thanks
