That's so gross. I've heard about that for years and even seen news stories on it and read articles about this really taking place! What beast can harm an innocent animal because of its color and because it's a little cat?????? What happens to so-called "people" around Halloween? Do some of them just take leave of their senses? I will never get what about Halloween makes killing animals acceptable among what reports say is mostly young males and how they can kill in the "spirit of the season" or whatever excuse they use.
