You know, that is a sign of maturity and a wonderful sense of responsibility you are showing for "just a college kid"!!!!! You are certainly to be commended for that! And I have to agree with you on both points....point one, it is in Tallulah's very best interest to provide her a safe place to live...unfortunately, your room mates do not have the sense of responsibility YOU are blessed with (GOOD JOB, MOM, RAISING A SENSIBLE YOUNG DAUGHTER!!!), so that safe place is with your mom until you can provide that safety for her! She knows your mom, she will be safe there, and you will be seeing her, so while it will be difficult, it will be tolerable until better arrangements can be made for you and your baby girl! Point two, you are a good momma! You have put what is best for your baby, ahead of what you would rather be doing.....you would rather have her with you, like all of us do, but you have made the sacrifice of separating from your girl, until YOU can be the best place for her to be....you hang in there and stay positive, you are doing the right thing! You BOTH will be better for it...and it will be over and she will be "home" with you before you know it! |
