This must have been a tough decision, but I think it was the best for her. I made the conscious decision not to get a dog until I had a place of my own (without roomates) at the age of 21. I was still in college, but knew that Couver would be safe in our apartment. We now have our own beautiful house and a fenced in front and back yard and I know that waiting was the best decision for me.
I'm glad you've decided to make the best choice for Tallulah and thank your lucky stars that your mom is willing to take her in. A lot of people don't have that option. Tallulah is one lucky girl to have you as her momma
