one major difference between frontline plus and revolution is that revolution only protects against one type of tick: american dog tick, while frontline plus protects against 4 species of ticks: the deer tick, the lone star tick, the american dog tick, and the brown dog tick. so if your dog is outside a lot or if know your area has a tick problem, it's probably best to get frontline plus.
2-4me your tick problem may be because of the species. maybe your boys got deer ticks and revolution doesn't protect against those. |
