I LOVE Homegoods, they have great Halloween things, I have been buying witches there for a couple of years, best bet is to go early and go often, you can score some really nice pet things, it's just hit and miss, It is owned by TJ Max so you can find some of the same stuff in both TJ Max and Marshalls home good department as well.
