One thing you might try is limiting his access to the bed in other ways. Keep the bedroom door closed when you arent in it, and make him "ask" to get up on the bed or be invited up before he gets up there. When he does something inappropriate, take him off the bed, and dont allow him up again until he stops trying to get up and engages in something else.
