ok...take a deep breath count to ten...grap a drink and well -- take another deep breath. You have to remember you are dealing with "average joe"...and we/they do not know the difference....it is going to take time- and lots of it- and patience as this breed develops- if you don't relax a bit...you will end up stressed all the time--JMO....remember your audience....
