Jersey went to the vet today, and now weighs in at 4.6lbs. at 15wks!
She did great, vet says she is very healthy, as she was fighting him, while he was trying to check her teeth. Not a peep for her shot...he told me that the lepto vaccine is reactive so he recommends i dont give it to her...yippee! Thanks for that info YT! Looks like this new vet I found is up to speed...also recommended I not get Kennel Cough, as she does not go to day care, or dog park (my info), so not needed, she is not at risk.
He has lots of experience with yorkies and other small breeds....asked what Jersey is mixed with. Sorry Dr. for laughing at you, but the look on your face when I told you she is a purebred was simply priceless!!
There is now a picture of Jersey posted in his office as the official first Biewer he had ever seen!!!
