Sorry it took so long to reply. I had to drive home from work! The ebay item no is 360196797673. The ebay store is SASSY PETWEAR. The seamstress is Melinda. She did a marvelous job - even getting the team logo just right. She also has more detailed cheer costumes (with pleats) available. This one matched my daughter's better.
