Dora was always scratching on those same spots and 2 days ago I was checking her for fleas and saw this very small specks on her skin that looks like part of her skin. I scratch one & it came off ,I put it under my microscope just to see what it was, and to my surprise it was a baby tick!
I started going thru all her body and so far I have found over 25, this things are so small that they are extremely hard to see, is like the tip of a needle, that's the smallest thing I can think off. I have change her food, the vet gave her a shampoo, itch medicine, and we have never been able to find the cause for her itch. I do engraving with a microscope and even looking thru the scope they are very hard to see, you can identify them because you see the legs. She is not scratching anymore like she used to.
