Update: Vivi is home!! Yeah!! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers, my YorkieTalk friends. She is exhausted and will probably take a few more days to get feeling better, but I believe she is out of danger now.
I can see far enough into the future to predict that there will not be any more corn on the cob for human dinners around here for a long, long time.
