I know some have used this service to fix their computers. How long does it usually take for someone to get back to you? I started a support request ticket early this morning and still haven't heard back yet
I am thinking of finding someone else, if they're so busy that they can't get to me for a long time. I need this fixed right away!
Anyone know any other services like this one?
