Sigh. NOT fixed. Contacting that guy to help me. I have to get this laptop working, Jane needs it for schoolwork. After this, I then need to buy a laptop for me and recover the data from my old desktop (hopefully!) and transfer to the new laptop. Seems I'll be spending all my money on computer woes this month
