hello and thank you, the whelping bands are just bands of fleece, I get them from a breeder on ebay, I love using them, used them with my last litter and they worked wonderful. i cut them thinner and shorter than they come in the package and they last until the babies go home at 12 weeks, parents love the idea of knowing that the puppy they choose is the same that goes home with them..
