Normally I would say call your breeder but your breeder is the one who let this pup go at 8 weeks and so small...so based on what you have described I would head to the vet. These little ones can go down hill very quickly and you are too far away for help. Better safe than sorry hon, you need to get the pup checked out.
It saddens me that you purchased this pup so early especially since you were on YT in advance of purchasing a pup and got so much good advice from so many. Last I knew you were going to see one of the 3 possiblities on Sunday.
