Hmm I am not sure, Peanut had these little bumps but it was because of his food- They changed the formula, he had an allergic reaction to whatever change they did. His belly was also dry.
How old is Bailey? What food do you have her on? Any change in diet or shampoos??
I would honestly take her in to the Vet so he can take a look at her..
