my friends yorkie had 9 yes 9 puppies!! only 7 survived and then she didn't MAKE SURE all of the puppies got a good chance to nurse, so 2 of her puppies are very small (runts) because they were pushed off the nipple by the bigger , stronger puppies, so if you can -- rotate the puppies every 2 hours the first week so they pretty much develope at the same rate they should be about the same size in a weeks time if you ratate, you can use a shoe box to put half the litter in with a warm hot water bottle or heating pad to keep them warm, just rotate every 2 hrs that's my best advise. good luck and keep us posted. also make sure that none of the puppies crawl away from mama and get cold they can get cold and die oh my don't want to scare you, just help
