There is a chain puppy boutique in a near by city called THE PUPPY PATCH. Supposedly these people are "groomers" that sell small breed designer dogs as part of their business. They have a website that shows pictures of the current inmates. Very sad. Maybe they think it will increase their "grooming" business. Since anyone can call them selves a groomer I suspect their main income is from the puppies they broker. |
