Oh, Tibbe wouldn't wear a jacket or sweater in 38 degree-weather. He just loves the cold weather. Just dashes about in it and seems envigorated. He did suffer me to put a sweater on him for pottybreaks the winter D/FW had the Superbowl and the weather was down to 10 degrees in the early mornings. I can't wait until we here in Texas get our first cold mornings! Course, by Feb., I'll probably be moaning over the weather and tired of the heat running so much.
