O.K., what is a tread wheel and where can one purchase it? I would so LOVE to get one for Beanie, especially when winter comes. We had a very mild winter last year when I got her, but I am afraid this winter is going to be brutal here in New England. And you know what that means, no walking and now walking means a nutty little Yorkie!!
