Unfortunately, unlike our insurance policies, you have to pay everything up front and file a claim. If you are good at that, then it may be worth it. I have VPI for Rexi and so far I have made one claim and ended up getting about 40% of my claim. A broken leg though could be very costly and you wouldn't want to make life or death decisions based on financial cost (especially when good treatments are available).
