I had to change Tibbe from Interceptor to Heartguard this year and am glad I did so far as he just eats the medication. It's so big I have to break it into 2 or 3 pieces but Tibbe loves it and gobbles it down easily. Can you change to a heartworm preventative like Heartguard if nothing else works?
