Any skin types can use this make up. I have NEVER experienced it flaking and I have very dry skin, especially this winter and as I am aging, ugh!!
It's so light too. You can touch your face and it NEVER feels like you are wearing makeup. Yet, you can use enough to cover up the uneven tones.
Ya just can't go wrong with this.
