I'm so sorry to hear this news...

Did your vet recommend any crate rest? I think the idea is to get the swelling down to see if the knee will go back in and stay in. If she keeps jumping it will not help, so I'd even confine her to a room without furniture, or an xpen or something.

If it won't go back in, that would be considered a Grade 4, and would require surgery, which also requires a period of confinement and being eased back into activity gradually.

When my Tink had surgery, I went to the dollar store and bought enough laundry baskets to cover my couch and chairs... it looked odd but was effective, plus she had an xpen with a lid for nighttime.
