Do drive carefully and try not to stay on the cell phone too much. Your head will be in a whirl the whole time you are away from her..And she will be waiting for her mommy.
Did you cook the egg the way she usually orders it? Maybe she wanted it over light and the yolk was too hard. I am yoking!..seriously, her temp might take a sudden nose dive and delivery start. I know you have all of the bedding, towels, heaters, clamps, scissors, suctions, and most of all, a lot of friends to help hold babies all lined up. Rini, I don't have like a regular full time job...i'm a stay at home yorkie mom and human mom! I have a couple of different "ventures" on the side that I do on my own time to make extra bucks. If anything were to happen, I am not commited to be there and can re-schedule. I reserved a place at the vet with her because I know she will be in just as good of hands as mine. My vet, Emily, has been following her since day one. She's as excited and amazed as I am. I'll only be gone until lunch time. And yes, I will not be able to think about anything else!!! But if her temp even drops between now and then, I won't be leaving. As far as her egg, i made it just like i always do. She sniffed it and turned her nose up! I gave it to the others who graciouslly excepted it. I have everything ready. Her whelp area is in my bedroom, nice and quiet. I wish you could be here to help me too!
